The Power Of Doubling
Contributed by Wade Martin Hughes, Sr on Feb 19, 2021 (message contributor)
COME HOME PRODIGAL! COME HOME! COME IN HOPE! COME IN JOY! GOD HAS A BONUS FOR HIS CHILDREN.
Zechariah 9:12 Turn you to the strong hold, ye prisoners of hope: even to day do I declare that I will render double unto thee;
By faith we are prisoners, prisoners that are filled with a hope out of this world. God is setting those bound by fear, worry and depression free. God’s plan is to award you DOUBLE TIME. God is going to REPAY YOU DOUBLE IN BLESSINGS FOR EVERYTHING THE ENEMY HAS STOLEN FROM THE CHURCH.
Come into the haven of rest and drop anchor. Every blessing we have lost, God is going to restore double.
We must be settled in the arms of the Lord.
Let us discuss the power of doubling… if I asked you to agree to be paid $25 a day for 30 days? Or for 30 days start at a penny a day and double it every day? Which would you take?
The power of double. First day: 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64,
Day 8: 1.28, 2.56, 5.12, 10.24, 20.48, 40.96, 81.92,
Day 15: 163.84, 327.68, 655.36, 1,310.72, 2,621.44, 5,242.88, 10,485 .76,
Day 22: 20,971.53, 41,943.04, 83,886.08, 167,772.16, 335,544.32, 671,088.64,
Day 28 tops one million: 1,342, 77.28,
Day 29: 2,684,354.56, DAY 30: 5,368,709.12, Now add all of those together?
Or $25 for 30= $750. Or just two days is $8,017,063.38

Run It Up The Flagpole Series
Contributed by Jeff Strite on Jan 3, 2016
Too many Christians are satisfied with doing their minimum requirement for God. They don't realize the blessings they miss out on because they've just done what they "had to do" as His child. What are they missing out on and how can they change?
