False Security
Contributed by Dr. Ronald Shultz on Aug 1, 2020 (message contributor)
Security is a big issue in the world. I propose that a society that can capriciously exterminate its unborn and blithely put down its elderly while protesting the execution of murderers is not of a healthy mindset to provide any reasonable semblance of security for the populace in between for at any moment another group could be determined expendable such as the mentally or physically infirm. A society so callous can only produce an environment of anxiety and fear, not security.
