Awesome achievement

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

- Paul. (1 Corinthians 13:13)

Paul in his first letter to the Corinthians writes about love in chapter thirteen, but he finishes the chapter by mentioning two other powerful things, faith and hope.

Hope is a powerful thing, we hope that we will get that job, to find that right person, to wake in the morning feeling better, to laugh or too get that pay rise. Hope sustains us through many situations.

As believers it is our hope to see the vision of advancing the Kingdom of God achieved. Hope is not some spurious concept; we must confidently believe that this vision will be fulfilled. Are we all involved in achieving the aim of our hope! God will advance his kingdom as we seek after and rely on his will for us as a community and as individuals. Hope is the spark that ignites the confidence and action that leads to awesome achievements.

Hope + confident belief + action = Awesome achievement
