Death Through Adam | Life Through Christ
Shared on: Apr 24, 2023
Without a literal, historic man named Adam, Paul's argument in Romans 5 falls apart. The only way that we could have Christ's righteousness imputed to us by faith is because we had Adam's sin imputed to us as our first Federal Head. This doctrine is one of the sweetest and most crucial doctrines that the church desperately needs to understand. Not only does this help us understand the great depravity of our sinful nature, but also the great redemption accomplished for us through the life, death, resurrection, ascension, and second coming of Jesus Christ. By faith, we are united to the person and work of our precious Savior, Jesus Christ. Share this great hope with your congregation this upcoming Lord's Day!
