Summary: How easy is it to have 10 compliment you and 1 person speaks negative? We will tend to mope all week over the 1 negative comment. Life is about focus. Two powers reside in the mouth and the ears, your choice will release doom or praise.

There was a man born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1895. One of the greatest professional baseball players was a man named BABE RUTH.
BABE RUTH played baseball 22 years. 12 times Babe lead the AMERICAN LEAGUE in home runs. 4 times Babe set the single season record. His highest pay was 80,000 in 1931.
In 1927 he set the record in home runs for one season at 60. His record stood 34 years. Babe was known many years as the BASEBALL HOME RUN HITTER. His home run record last many years. BABE RUTH HIT HOME RUNS IN HIS CAREER.
WHILE BABE RUTH HELD THE SINGLE MOST HOME RUNS IN A SEASON AT 60 AND HE HAD A CAREER 713, his life time statistics include 2,873 hits , 506 doubles, 2,214 RBIs.
HOW SOON CAN PEOPLE FORGET? BABE WAS 40 YEARS OLD. HE WAS OUT OF SHAPE AND WAY BEYOND HIS PRIME.
Ruth never got the send off he hoped for from New York. BABE HAD A DREAM OF STAYING TO COACH in NEW YORK. Ruth was hit less in 10 games he was not in his prime anymore.

The crowd’s boos were deafening. The young lad ran out to THE BABE AND HUGGED HIM REAL TIGHT. It was said the boy said: I LOVE YOU BABE! The booing crowd was silence.

We must understand THAT THOSE THAT INVEST THE LEAST EFFORT IN YOU WILL ALMOST ALWAYS HAVE THE MOST NEGATIVE THINGS TO SAY ABOUT YOU! Be care who you listen to… Harsh criticism comes from couch potatoes that have never played the game.
WHEN EVERYTHING IS DARK WE NEED SOMEONE TO SPEAK LIGHT.
What do we do when darkness is smothering us…WORDS HAVE ILLUMINATING OR DISCOURAGING POWER… THERE ARE GREAT POWER IN WORDS, SPOKEN OR WRITTEN.HOW WILL WE RESPOND TO NEGATIVITY? WORDS CAN STIR UP MESSES BY BEING MEAN AND ANGRY… WORDS CAN BRING COMPASSION AND KINDNESS…

THERE ARE CONSEQUENCES TO THE WORDS WE SPEAK… WORDS CAN BRING TROUBLE AND DEATH… DO WE ALLOW OUR EMOTIONS TO DICTATE DARK WORDS?

WHEN WE REALIZE THE POWER OF OUR WORDS… WE CAN LISTEN TO GOD’S PLAN AND OBEY…
