Summary: Col. 3:4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

WHEN CHRIST SHALL APPEAR:

Col. 3:4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

Do you believe the post trib camp understands that Paul said NOTHING about 'Christ coming!" He said: When Christ, who is our life, shall appear'

Do you understand what Paul plainly said? If you believe in the pre-tribulation rapture of the NT church body, you know exactly what Paul told the Colossians.

If you are of the post trib mind set, you pay that verse no mind, for it DOES NOT fit into your "little end time box!" But, should you wonder for a nano-second, you run to the Greek lexicon and try to find a different meaning for the word 'glory' or 'appear.'

'appear in glory' means we appear with Him in heaven.

Now you see me; now you don't!

1 Thes. 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

"Then we which are alive and remain" - means those that are alive when they hear the trump!!

"shall be caught up together with them in the clouds," - Suddenly those that are alive are changed and caught up with the risen dead in the air.

NOTHING in the verse hints we do a U-turn and come back down. But you will head over to the Greek dictionary and find a definition that fits your false narrative. (Believe anything but the truth!)

ALIVE IN CHRIST:

You do understand, do you not, that at the RAPTURE the dead in Christ are now alive in Christ!

You do understand, do you not, that the RAPTURE the living believers in Christ are changed ere where they are

You do understand, do you not, that the living members of the New Testament church BODY are caught up and meet with the risen believers, and Christ ...

NOW!! And now! NOW! You do understand, do you not, that the NT Church is at the RAPTURE ONE LIVING BODY in their eternal IMMORTAL BODY!!!

You post trib folks that have Jesus returning AFTER the tribulation have BIG problems.

Problem #1

You teach and preach the living members of the NT church body must enter the tribulation.

Problem #2

Meanwhile the DEAD members of the NT church body, since the NT church was started, do NOT endure to the end of the tribulation.

Problem #3

That means that the living members of the NT church body that are alive when the tribulation starts, will have more rewards than the members of the NT church body that died before the tribulation starts.

Problem #4

There is no resurrection mentioned in Matthew, Mark and Luke, that recorded the Olivet Discourse. In order for the post trib camp to have a resurrection after what is called the Olivet Discourse, they run to the Pauline epistles and use 1 Cor. 15, and 1 & 2 Thess. as their proof text. They always fail to recognize and admit that the Olivet Discourse was aimed at the nation of Israel, not the NT church body. All the characters in the four gospels are under OT law up and until the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John are in the NT division of the bible. However, those four gospels, along with the Acts are transitional books from LAW to GRACE.

The death of Jesus Christ crated the NEW TESTAMENT. When Jesus gave the Olivet Discourse, He gave it to Jews living under the OLD TESTAMENT laws.

Such is why the author of Hebrews writes:

Hebrews 9:16 For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.

17 For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.

Problem #5

The first resurrection has two parts: (1) Rapture of the church (2) The resurrection of those SOULS slain during the tribulation, Rev. 20:4-6. John did not refer to those slain during the tribulation as a body. He called them SOULS.

This two part resurrection completes the planting and harvesting Paul talked about in 1 Cor. 15.

Natural Harvest:

Paul corresponds with a natural harvest:

(1) Christ - 1st Fruits

(2) Rapture - Main Harvest

(3) Tribulation Saints - Gleanings

ONE BODY:

Eph. 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

You do understand, do you not:

One - Husband

One - Head

One - Wife

One - Saviour

One - body

Eph. 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
