Summary: Col. 3:4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

WHEN CHRIST SHALL APPEAR:

Col. 3:4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

Do you believe the post trib camp understands that Paul said NOTHING about 'Christ coming!" He said: When Christ, who is our life, shall appear'

Do you understand what Paul plainly said? If you believe in the pre-tribulation rapture of the NT church body, you know exactly what Paul told the Colossians.

If you are of the post trib mind set, you pay that verse no mind, for it DOES NOT fit into your "little end time box!" But, should you wonder for a nano-second, you run to the Greek lexicon and try to find a different meaning for the word 'glory' or 'appear.'

'appear in glory' means we appear with Him in heaven.

Now you see me; now you don't!

1 Thes. 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

"Then we which are alive and remain" - means those that are alive when they hear the trump!!

"shall be caught up together with them in the clouds," - Suddenly those that are alive are changed and caught up with the risen dead in the air.

NOTHING in the verse hints we do a U-turn and come back down. But you will head over to the Greek dictionary and find a definition that fits your false narrative. (Believe anything but the truth!)

ALIVE IN CHRIST:

You do understand, do you not, that at the RAPTURE the dead in Christ are now alive in Christ!

You do understand, do you not, that the RAPTURE the living believers in Christ are changed ere where they are

You do understand, do you not, that the living members of the New Testament church BODY are caught up and meet with the risen believers, and Christ ...

NOW!! And now! NOW! You do understand, do you not, that the NT Church is at the RAPTURE ONE LIVING BODY in their eternal IMMORTAL BODY!!!

You post trib folks that have Jesus returning AFTER the tribulation have BIG problems.

Problem #1

You teach and preach the living members of the NT church body must enter the tribulation.

Problem #2

Meanwhile the DEAD members of the NT church body, since the NT church was started, do NOT endure to the end of the tribulation.

Problem #3

That means that the living members of the NT church body that are alive when the tribulation starts, will have more rewards than the members of the NT church body that died before the tribulation starts.

Problem #4

There is no resurrection mentioned in Matthew, Mark and Luke, that recorded the Olivet Discourse. In order for the post trib camp to have a resurrection after what is called the Olivet Discourse, they run to the Pauline epistles and use 1 Cor. 15, and 1 & 2 Thess. as their proof text. They always fail to recognize and admit that the Olivet Discourse was aimed at the nation of Israel, not the NT church body. All the characters in the four gospels are under OT law up and until the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John are in the NT division of the bible. However, those four gospels, along with the Acts are transitional books from LAW to GRACE.

The death of Jesus Christ crated the NEW TESTAMENT. When Jesus gave the Olivet Discourse, He gave it to Jews living under the OLD TESTAMENT laws.

Such is why the author of Hebrews writes:

Hebrews 9:16 For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.

17 For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.

Problem #5

The first resurrection has two parts: (1) Rapture of the church (2) The resurrection of those SOULS slain during the tribulation, Rev. 20:4-6. John did not refer to those slain during the tribulation as a body. He called them SOULS.

This two part resurrection completes the planting and harvesting Paul talked about in 1 Cor. 15.

Natural Harvest:

Paul corresponds with a natural harvest:

(1) Christ - 1st Fruits

(2) Rapture - Main Harvest

(3) Tribulation Saints - Gleanings

ONE BODY:

Eph. 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.

You do understand, do you not:

One - Husband

One - Head

One - Wife

One - Saviour

One - body

Eph. 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

WAIT! WAIT!

Did you get that? NO? No, you didn't.

Even though the book of Matthew is your favorite book, you spend all your reading time in Mat. ch. 24. You didn't want to compare scripture with scripture and rightly divide the word. You REFUSED to study what Jesus told the 12 to preach and to whom to preach in Mat. 10:6-7

Mat. 10:5-6 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not

but rather go to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

You REFUSED again, to study why He told that woman, Mat. 15:24, that if was not right for Jesus to take the meat meant for Israel and feed it to a dog like herself a Gentile.

Mat. 15:24 But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

Simply amazing that you LOVE Mat. 24, but you are clueless when it comes to the ministry of Jesus to the NATION of Israel.

You have yet to understand why He told the 11 disciples in Mat. 28 to go preach to EVERYONE.

The book of Matthew reveals the ministry of Jesus to the nation of Israel. However, when the post trib camp gets to Mat. 24, THEN! Mat. 24 is aimed at the NT Church... so say the post trib camp.

Yet in Mat. 24, they are all living under the law of Moses. Jesus has not been rejected by the nation of Israel. He has NOT been crucified.

SIMPLY AMAZING:

Amazing how Paul said Christ loved the church and gave Himself for it in contrast to his earthly ministry being aimed at the nation of Israel.

That 70 weeks of prophecy in Daniel messes up the minds of the post trib camp.

THE CHURCH IN THE TRIBULATION vs THE CHURCH IN THE GRAVE:

The post trib camp is too busy teaching that the NT church MUST go into the tribulation!

Wait!

Only those NT church members that are living go into the tribulation, the MEMBERS that are dead and in the grave miss the tribulation.

PITY!

(1) The church members that are dead don't get to prove themselves worthy!

(2) The church members that are dead don't get to ENDURE to the end.

(3) If the tribulation is to bring the church to place where she needs to be accepted as the bride, then those members that are dead are not approved.

(4) Thus the part of Christ's bride that endured he tribulation is worthy. Where does that leave the other part of His bride, those that died before the tribulation??

But again, the post trib camp missed it. You think the church must prove herself to be worthy by going into the tribulation, and in so doing, do you realize what you are calling Paul, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit? Well, what does Eph. 5:26 say about the tribulation? NOTHING.

Eph. 5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

The church does not get spotless and pure by going into the tribulation! She gets that way by the word of GOD, not the WRATH of God. WORD is SINGULAR!

The majority of the post trib came that I have dealt with have NO IDEA where the WORD of God is. Ask any one of them and they will say: in the original languages, in the translations, there is no perfect word.

If there is NO PERFECT word of God, pray tell how Jesus presents His GLORIOUS church to Himself, with His imperfect written word???

Eph.5:27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Are you post trib men still beating your wives? If not, why not? You teach Christ allows SATAN to beat His NT Church bride!! That wife beating that you teach is NOT what the bible teaches.

WHO IS 'WE' IN 1ST THES. 4:17

"to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord."

WE? Did Paul have a mouse in his pocket when he said WE? NO! He was addressing NT believers.

Col. 3:4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

'appear with him in glory' - not here on earth. Here on earth is where He sets up His GLORIOUS kingdom, after Rev. 19, as foretold by OT prophets.

Acts 1, Lord wilt thou at this time restore the KINGDOM to Israel?

When Jesus appears at the rapture, He U TURNS and goes back to heaven, with His body in tow.

Everyone knows where glory is located? Surely you do!

1 Thess. 5:9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,

WHO IS US? Us is the NT church body, 1 Thes. 1:1.

Salvation in the context of 1 Thes. 5:9 is not salvation from the curse of sin. Paul would not write his letters to lost people.

Rom. 5:9 Much more then, being now (present tense) justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

Again, saved from WRATH. He saved you from the curse of sin. The salvation mentioned in Rom. 5:9 is the wrath of God poured out on the earth.

CROSS REFERENCE:

Col. 3:4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.

The cross reference for Col 3:4 is 1 John 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

When He appears we appear like Him and with Him.
