1. A member will protect the unity of the church (Ephesians 4:3)

c. By following the leaders (Hebrews 13:17)

2. A member will share the responsibility of the church (Luke 17:10)

a. By praying for its growth (Luke 18:1-8)

b. By inviting the lost, unbelievers to attend (Luke 14:21-30)

c. By warmly welcoming those who are guests (Colossians 4:5)

3. A member will serve the ministry of the church (1 Corinthians 12; Romans 12)

a. By discovering gifts and talents (Ephesians 2:10)

b. By being equipped to serve by elders and leaders (Ephesians 4:11-12)

c. By developing a servant’s heart (John 13:1-5)

4. A member will support the testimony of the church (1 Peter 2:4-5)
