WHAT IS THE LONGEST DISTANCE IN THE WORLD?

We all have different types of THINKING PATTERNS that develop over time and over our personal EXPERIENCES. Some people have been STUNG by cruel life abuse and become VERY NEGATIVE, PESSIMISTIC. Other people refuse to become bitter, hateful, negative and very judgment. Their life experiences keep them sweet, loving and non-judgement.

MY OPINION IS LIFE IS ABOUT 10% WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU, AND 90% WHAT HAPPENS IN YOU! Can you agree with me in the basic assumption?

The distance between the HEAD and the HEART may just happen to be the largest distance in the world? The average distance in most people head and heart is about 18 inches. Often times we find the distance to be much more than 18 inches. Several things may seem easy to cover. LOVE CAN BE DIFFICULT TO MOVE FRO THE HEAD TO THE HEART! Another difficult situation in the distance of head to heart is FAITH.

Our behavior often becomes HABITUAL because we have repetitive behavior that is ESTBLISHED by REACTION and LITTLE ACTION. So we re-inforce our WORDS, DEEDS, and ATTITUDES by reacting to situations and circumstances in anger and bitterness. We run the information from our perspective through our brain and often times draw the wrong conclusions.

GOD IS A GOD OF THE HEART. TODAY WE FIND PEOPLE ARE SO SELF-FOCUSED OUR MOTIVATE MUST BE MORE THAN A SELF-SERVING SANTA CLAUS GOD, GIVE ME, GIVE ME RELIGION. MANY PEOPLE ARE SO BLIND THEY CAN NOT SEE… ONE MARRIAGE, TWO MARRIAGES, THREE?

When dating OPPOSITES ATTRACT ---- THEN AFTER A FEW MONTHS OPPOSITES ATTACK! People refuse to accept the other person will not change and they nag, argue and fuss. This has a snow-ball effect and it enlarges itself.

PREACHER CAN YOU SETTLE THIS ARGUMENT FOR US?

I went into a garage to get my Pinto fixed. There were several men and they were all drinking alcohol and the argument was heated. The argument was can a sinner’s head read the word of God and it anchor in his heart like as to a Christian?

I explained when I was 15 or 16 years old, I was so in love with my first girlfriend. We wrote love letters to each other and I kept mine. I played the guitar in the praise band. When I got to church, I would drop my love letters in the back of my amp as I would want to read them again. I would read my love letters and feel so warmed.

One day I came into church and several of the church boys were reading my love letters and they would laughed and laughed at “our love letters.” I was very angry and told my pastor, dad, how could they laugh at my love letters, could they not see the love we had? Dad said: Son, to whom were they written? Of course they laughed. They were not written to them. They never understood the “love story.” They were love letters to me, personal. The words were the same, but they were not personal to them.

Sure a sinner can read the Bible. Sure, they can understand the black and white, but they are not personal love letters until they know and love Jesus as personal Savior. When the Bible is read as a love letter to an individual the words have limited meaning.

REAL LOVE HAS TO BE A COMING TOGETHER OF HEAD AND HEART?

Describe the difference in HEAD and HEART DAILY LIVING? Can you see the difference?

WHAT IS YOUR PASSION? WHAT STIRS YOU UP? Will the temporal things outweigh the ETERNAL ISSUES?

Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Matthew 6:33 (MSG) Steep your life in God-reality, God-initiative, God-provisions. Don't worry about missing out. You'll find all your everyday human concerns will be met.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SO DISTORT THE TRUTH IN YOUR BRAIN

As a PERSON THINKS they can so DISTORT the real issues and facts that what they HEAR IS FAR FROM THE TRUTH.

2 Thessalonians 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
