The Dark Drivers

I once had three counselles who wanted me to pray for them together, that their businesses prosper. I inquired what the business is. There was silence. The business was prostitution. I told them to repent or they perish One of them said she wanted a job because of her responsibilities. She was sent for deliverance and was given a job. The second also complained and was treated the same way as the first. The third said, I am not a normal human being if I have not slept with at least five men in a day. There was a strange driver in the seat of her life. She is dead now, she died of HIV AIDS.

2. Pride: Pride according to the bible is the surest sign of destruction. The bible says pride goes before a fall. When one has the tendency to forget those who have helped. Pride deceives the heart. It lets one place more value on oneself more than one¡¦s worth. Death is a leveler. No one can be buried in the sky. Pride deceives the heart. Some suffer in silence because of pride. Pride makes one lie to oneself and to others. Pride hardens the heart. Pride is a destroyer, it brings contention and is an abomination to God. It stirs up strive and causes a lot of headache. God hates the proud with perfect hatred. This is because pride is the original sin. It caused satan¡¦s fall. He looked at himself, his virtues, his anointing, his position, his instrument of music, which was complete in him. He started getting proud and exalted his throne above that of the almighty. He was sent down and we now trample on him. Pride brought him there. It leads to other sins. The infection pride brings is deep, so bad, so hard to remove. All pride is based on falsehood. If this evil thing is lurking somewhere, chase it out because every time you stand before God, he hates you for the pride in you. He respects the humble and pushes the proud away. The Pharisees got into trouble with God because of pride. Pray this prayer point now:

„X Every element of pride in my life, die in the name of Jesus.

A man was envious about his wife¡¦s success. He went to the herbalist and he was told to go the cemetery and sleep on the burial ground of someone that died a pauper with the wrapper of his wife on his waist. The Holy Spirit woke the wife up to start praying immediately this man carried out his evil act. Fire fell and the man came home to repent and ask the woman to take him to her pastor

„X Every power consulting the grave for my sake, what are you waiting for, die in the name of Jesus.

When someone is suspended from action in the church because of sin, pride will run away while humility will break down and cry.

3. FEAR: Fear is one of the first evil spirits that was used to attack man as far back as the Garden of Eden. God called Adam after the fall, and he was afraid and hid himself. Fear has torment. Fear is a monster, it is a destructive weapon in the hands of the devil. If unchecked through faith, fear can sink deep into the spirit to cripple and destroy. Identify your fear and deal with it. The bible knows that fear is bad hence there are 365 ¡§fear nots¡¨ in the bible, one for each day of the year. Fear is a great killer. It has destroyed churches, lives, and men of God. Fear does not see Jesus but Goliath. Jesus tells us, Fear not, only believe. Many years back I was on a return trip form Port Harcourt. While trying to take off, there was a sound, and then the pilot told us that the cause was that the door was not properly locked. This was sorted out and we took off. But there was a man beside me that was already shivering. They served us Orange Juice, he downed it once, and kept saying ¡§Please close the door¡¨. He kept going to the toilet. He could not eat anything he was served until we got to Lagos when he brought out his snack. Fear is bad and is the direct opposite of faith. The person who has faith does not fear. Fear paralyses God¡¦s power. God surprises with miracles when we overcome fear. Peter stepped on the sea and walked on the waters. He almost lost his miracle because he feared. Fear keeps one from communicating with God, makes one hear the enemy, it is a chronic spiritual disease. There was once a man who went to propose to a sister. He was asked if his father was a lodge member, what his mother does and how many brothers and sisters he has. The answers were not encouraging to the sister because of fear. The devil does not fear the person that fears. Fear sees only what the enemy sees but not what God sees. Is fear your driver now? What is the fear? Do something about fear. Someone rushed here and said his daughter was going to hospital. She was complaining of stomachache and was about to be operated upon. The man went with a minister who prayed with the girl and anointed her. She walked out of the hospital whole but there was panic on the parents. If you are here and you are responding to an evil voice that is discouraging you in the way of God and it tells you that it will never be well with you, telling you to discontinue in the way of God, it is the voice of fear. It is fear that drives one into sin. God supervises the punishment of adultery and fornication himself. Fear, doubt, unanswered prayers and a bigger fear are brothers. It is time to cast out these bad spirits.
