Romans 8:14
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
This means something must be leading, and everyone is been led by something. Some people are being led by the spirit of God. Some are not being led by the spirit of God. The right sons of God are those that are led by the spirit of God The reverse, as many as are not led by the spirit of God are the sons of the devil.
It is important to know who is at the steering of one¡¦s life, the driver, the director of one¡¦s life. To drive is to push, it is to urge somebody forward, negatively or positively. To drive is to propel a person, pushing the person forward forcibly, it is to control, direct, to guide, to compel a person by force to do certain things.
It is important to know who is at the driving seat of one¡¦s life. Many years back in the Primary School, you have to be able to touch your ears over your head for admission, This is a bad method because of those who may have growth impediments. A teacher in Pry 1 had a way of keeping us longer than the normal time school closes. As soon as it is 12, we stop schoolwork to start story hour. The teacher keeps us look forward to this story hour and to keep us from fighting. There was a story. There was an animal city with problems, which needed a wise man. They thought the tortoise was the wisest and they called the tortoise. He studied the problem and told them his service was free. The city had Gold in the palace. The tortoise had its eyes on this gold to steal it. He requested that the day he would be leaving the town, he wanted a deaf driver to drive him in the canoe. He finished his business, stole their gold and left with the deaf driver. He had not gone too far before they noticed. Immediately, they ran to the beach and cried out to the deaf driver to stop the boat and assist them recover their stolen goods. The deaf man, of course, did not hear them, but Mr. Tortoise waved to the man to be faster. He obeyed the tortoise because he could not hear his people. Deaf spirits is driving many people. Something inside their spirit is deaf.
As many as are led by the spirit of God are the sons of God. Specific driving powers have messed up men. You need to pray if these are driving you and set yourself free. These powers have caused more problems than all the wars, than all the sicknesses in hospitals, they are causing problems of sending people to hell fire. It is so easy to go from the church to hell fire. Ananias and Sapphire went from before Apostle Paul right in the midst of God¡¦s children to hell fire.
Some dark drivers are:
1. Lust ¡V the lust of the eyes. There are some people that the only thing they think about all their life is sex and it drives them. We were at the reception in a Hotel. A fat man came in looking for prostitutes. The hotel maid said they did not have but the man requested them to get one or two for him. As she refused, someone came from behind the altar calling the man Elder ¡K The man comes to the pulpit but is driven by lust. Does something in you naked a woman in the secret of your heart? A lot of men and women are terribly into masturbation. Speak to that driver to leave you alone, lest this driver drives you to hell fire. There was once a young man that went to a party. He met a lady and committed immorality with her. He escorted her home and she gave the proper address to him and asked him to come and look for her the next day. He went to the same house and met a woman from whom he inquired about the lady. The woman was so surprised and said, please wait here, while she called all the other occupants in the house. When they asked him all the details of the person he was looking for, he then found out that she was dead. She died 7 years ago. He slept with a spirit of the grave.
At this point, let us pray this prayer point:
Every dark driver in the vehicle my life, die in the name of Jesus.
A lady went for counselling and told this pastor all her problems. He said, ¡§let us look into the word of God¡¨. He opened his bag and instead of bringing out his bible, condoms fell out of his bag. The sister ran away from the pastor. Lust shares the same seat with sins like pride and envy because of their distinction of being invisible. It is slippery and hard to pin down. You can¡¦t see it on the face. A man in the secret corner of his room takes a nude picture, stares at it, digests the image, arouses himself and has evil imagination and his blood begins to boil. A woman came here 3-4 years ago. She brought a lot of pornographic films and told me that she watches then together with her husband. She said, ¡§Do not watch it sir, just burn it, it will make you sick¡¨. The picture on the pack really did make me sick truthfully. Because of this strange driver of lust, kings have renounced their thrones, saints have renounced their Gods, husbands and wives have renounced their lifetime partners that have gone through thick and thin with them. I pray that as many of such shall be delivered in Jesus name. Some study people in church, study statures etc. Such ones need to pray that evil driver to depart from their life.
I once had three counselles who wanted me to pray for them together, that their businesses prosper. I inquired what the business is. There was silence. The business was prostitution. I told them to repent or they perish One of them said she wanted a job because of her responsibilities. She was sent for deliverance and was given a job. The second also complained and was treated the same way as the first. The third said, I am not a normal human being if I have not slept with at least five men in a day. There was a strange driver in the seat of her life. She is dead now, she died of HIV AIDS.
2. Pride: Pride according to the bible is the surest sign of destruction. The bible says pride goes before a fall. When one has the tendency to forget those who have helped. Pride deceives the heart. It lets one place more value on oneself more than one¡¦s worth. Death is a leveler. No one can be buried in the sky. Pride deceives the heart. Some suffer in silence because of pride. Pride makes one lie to oneself and to others. Pride hardens the heart. Pride is a destroyer, it brings contention and is an abomination to God. It stirs up strive and causes a lot of headache. God hates the proud with perfect hatred. This is because pride is the original sin. It caused satan¡¦s fall. He looked at himself, his virtues, his anointing, his position, his instrument of music, which was complete in him. He started getting proud and exalted his throne above that of the almighty. He was sent down and we now trample on him. Pride brought him there. It leads to other sins. The infection pride brings is deep, so bad, so hard to remove. All pride is based on falsehood. If this evil thing is lurking somewhere, chase it out because every time you stand before God, he hates you for the pride in you. He respects the humble and pushes the proud away. The Pharisees got into trouble with God because of pride. Pray this prayer point now:
„X Every element of pride in my life, die in the name of Jesus.
A man was envious about his wife¡¦s success. He went to the herbalist and he was told to go the cemetery and sleep on the burial ground of someone that died a pauper with the wrapper of his wife on his waist. The Holy Spirit woke the wife up to start praying immediately this man carried out his evil act. Fire fell and the man came home to repent and ask the woman to take him to her pastor
„X Every power consulting the grave for my sake, what are you waiting for, die in the name of Jesus.
When someone is suspended from action in the church because of sin, pride will run away while humility will break down and cry.
3. FEAR: Fear is one of the first evil spirits that was used to attack man as far back as the Garden of Eden. God called Adam after the fall, and he was afraid and hid himself. Fear has torment. Fear is a monster, it is a destructive weapon in the hands of the devil. If unchecked through faith, fear can sink deep into the spirit to cripple and destroy. Identify your fear and deal with it. The bible knows that fear is bad hence there are 365 ¡§fear nots¡¨ in the bible, one for each day of the year. Fear is a great killer. It has destroyed churches, lives, and men of God. Fear does not see Jesus but Goliath. Jesus tells us, Fear not, only believe. Many years back I was on a return trip form Port Harcourt. While trying to take off, there was a sound, and then the pilot told us that the cause was that the door was not properly locked. This was sorted out and we took off. But there was a man beside me that was already shivering. They served us Orange Juice, he downed it once, and kept saying ¡§Please close the door¡¨. He kept going to the toilet. He could not eat anything he was served until we got to Lagos when he brought out his snack. Fear is bad and is the direct opposite of faith. The person who has faith does not fear. Fear paralyses God¡¦s power. God surprises with miracles when we overcome fear. Peter stepped on the sea and walked on the waters. He almost lost his miracle because he feared. Fear keeps one from communicating with God, makes one hear the enemy, it is a chronic spiritual disease. There was once a man who went to propose to a sister. He was asked if his father was a lodge member, what his mother does and how many brothers and sisters he has. The answers were not encouraging to the sister because of fear. The devil does not fear the person that fears. Fear sees only what the enemy sees but not what God sees. Is fear your driver now? What is the fear? Do something about fear. Someone rushed here and said his daughter was going to hospital. She was complaining of stomachache and was about to be operated upon. The man went with a minister who prayed with the girl and anointed her. She walked out of the hospital whole but there was panic on the parents. If you are here and you are responding to an evil voice that is discouraging you in the way of God and it tells you that it will never be well with you, telling you to discontinue in the way of God, it is the voice of fear. It is fear that drives one into sin. God supervises the punishment of adultery and fornication himself. Fear, doubt, unanswered prayers and a bigger fear are brothers. It is time to cast out these bad spirits.

4. ENVY: Envy, when inside you, makes you not like a person because he is doing something you cannot do, has something you do not have, can do something better than you, or is somewhere you look forward to being. 90% of the reason who people go the herbalists do so for the single reason of envy. Many of us have envious enemies. These move to hinder us. I prayed with a man who had six distinction certificates in England but for 14 years has no job. We prayed for him, then the voice of a woman came from his mouth saying ¡§I am the fifth wife of his father¡¨. ¡§Is he the only one, there are other people here too that should do well¡¨. We ordered the spirit out but it said the mother had a hand in it. Out of envy, this brother was caged. Envy leads to the root of bitterness. The root of bitterness hinders prayers. Where there is envy, there will be no progress, and the prayers will be an abomination. Check our life. Are you envious of anyone? Anytime you hear that someone has made progress, are you genuinely happy? Is your congratulations to such a person really from inside? If not get it envy out from the steering of your life.
5. ADDICTION: Many are addicted to one thing or the other. Addiction holds in bondage, cages the habits, drives one like a lorry. It drives all over and you need to stand and say no, I refuse to be addicted. At a 7 days crusade, the last day was for the baptism of the Holy Spirit and God began to fill the congregation with power. Everyone received the Holy Spirit apart from one woman. I felt sorry for her. She was soaked in sweat because she was praying well. I wanted to help her but the Holy Spirit said this woman is addicted to snuff. I stopped her and asked. She confirmed and I told her to bring her bag. In the bag, there was a tin of snuff. I opened it. As soon as she perceived the smell, she quickly grabbed it from me and inhaled some. She then continued her prayers again. I told her she needed to go for deliverance first before requesting to be filled with the Holy Spirit.. The greatest witchcraft now is Television. People stare at the box in addiction. Some even put on the radio along the television during the football matches. It is witchcraft and very sad. When we were a lot younger, TV used to close at 10.30 ¡V 11.00pm but now, it goes on for 24 hours. Some cannot do without the television.
6. EVIL SPIRITS: You must have a driving force moving you forward or backward. There are many spirits that drive people to the wrong places, that is why our motives and ambitions must be purified by the fire of the Holy Spirit. When an evil driver drives, he drives senselessly and crashes. If the vehicle is faulty, he does not care or repair. When these drivers operate, some people mistakenly call them the Holy Spirit. Those who prophecy while rolling on the floor etc have evil spirits in them. The enemy tries so hard to keep people away from being led by the Holy Spirit. Many people in the environment are bewitched and under strange control. The demon behind their family idol is in control and drives them to the wrong place. When they become born again, they begin to experience problems because the drivers protest when sent out. When strongmen die, they hand over case files for other ones to continue, but now they shall be dismantled permanently. People are under spells. The evil spirit drives them and they do not know what they are doing.
WHAT DO YOU DO?
1. Recognize the problem, walking with God requires sincerity.
2. Recognize that there is a way out that you can be free from these evil drivers
3. Drive out the unprofitable driver through warfare prayers
4. Make a covenant with the Lord to live a holy life. As long as your life in unholy, the enemy has a right to drive that vehicle
PRAYER POINTS
In this prayers. Determine to pray holding nothing back to get rid of the evil driver permanently.
1. You driver of darkness, die in the name of Jesus.
2. Every power of ancestral spirits that is controlling my life, what are you waiting for? Die in the name of Jesus.
3. Every power driving me away from my divine destiny, die in the name of Jesus
4. Every spirit of confusion, I bury you now in the name of Jesus
5. Holy Spirit, possess my life in the name of Jesus
6. If you are in bondage to lust, and the enemy is always showing you negative pictures, pray with anger while laying your hand on your chest: Every cage of witchcraft that is working against my destiny, break now in the name of Jesus.
7. Designed for those wanting dumbfounding breakthroughs. You serpent and scorpion of impossibility, die in the name of Jesus.
