As of March 2022, 42 percent of pastors had considered leaving full-time ministry within the previous year (BARNA Group Survey). Also, only 30% of the leaders in the Bible finished well. This means that 70% fell short of God’s plan for their lives. Our lights must definitely shine at the peak.
