We might think that Titus had a boring life. He is never mentioned in the book of Acts. But when we piece together the life of Titus from Galatians, 2 Corinthians, 2 Timothy and the book of Titus we realize Titus had one of the most adventure filled ministries of anyone we find in the Bible.

What we see in this letter of Titus is that Paul was committed to excellence. The goal of God is not just to get His Son a bride, but to get Him a bride who is without spot or wrinkle, or any such thing. In other words, the goal of God is always perfection.
