This is the shortest of all of the commandments and so simple that even a small child could understand it. However, in our society today this simple commandment is misunderstood by some.

Again I want to remind you that God has just delivered the children of Israel from Egyptian bondage. They could not deliver themselves, but God, by His marvelous grace delivered them.

In Romans 12:2 we read, And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
