A benediction flows from God to His people. It’s God announcing a blessing over His people. A Doxology moves in the opposite direction; it’s the people of God blessing Him as they worship, adore and exalt His name. Doxology is a praise; it’s adoration; it’s exalting God.

So many times, we have become like Job’s friends, who have not spoken the right words about or from God to our friends like Job who are suffering in God’s will. We have spoken Godly words, but some or all of these words are not from God.
