Second Timothy was a letter written by the Apostle Paul, who finds himself a prisoner confined in a Roman prison awaiting certain execution. Here, we find the Apostle challenging one of his young converts (Timothy) not to be timid because God gives the spirit of power, love and of a sound mind.
