An unstable person who feels inadequate in their identity might steal another’s because it might bring them personal gain. Others who have turned to evil find pleasure in stealing from a person more wealthy than they.

The great thing is that as Christians, we don't have to wait until there is proclamation, or wait for a certain day in order to pray. The call to pray is stated clearly in scripture. One place especially clear is found in II Chronicles 7:14.
