The LORD does not like to share his position as God with other wannabes. So he declares his uniqueness as the only God to his people and warns them not to imagine him in any other way.

Living under the blessing of grace we need to be reminded that a life of righteousness follows our salvation. A righteous life is difficult to live in an unrighteous society.
