Mary and Elizabeth had a surprise from God. Both became expectant mothers. It was part of God's ultimate plan to reclaim His creation from the grasp of Satan, after the failure in Eden. At Bethlehem God launched a mighty counteroffensive that started with a tiny baby boy named Jesus.
