    The name of the king, Zedekiah means the righteousness of Jehovah. Jeremiah predicted he would be cut off and a branch would be raised up called, Jehovah-Tsidkenu: The Lord is our righteousness. (Jeremiah 23:6). Jeremiah was the true prophet and proved to be right on both accounts.
