Isaiah saw the coming of the great Babylonian armies and knew that they would destroy Jerusalem, take his people captive, and leave the nation in ruin. But in the midst of all this confusion and discouragement, Isaiah received a message from God.

The horrifying scenes of the chaotic events at the US Capitol. These disturbing scenes are reminiscent of the heart-breaking words of the prophet Isaiah “Justice is turned back, And righteousness stands afar off; … truth is fallen in the street, …” (Isaiah 59:14).
