  • Education: B.S. in theology from Vision Christian College. Also extensive technical training as a toolmaker/machinist and web related classes.
  • Experience: Many years of assisting in various churches in preaching and teaching. Also jail and nursing home ministry.
  • Comment to those looking at my sermons: I try to give you credit for being to think and expand on my thoughts. Hopefully that makes for a shorter sermon.
  • Family: My wife Marie and I have been Married 46 years and have 4 adult children.
  • What my parents think of my sermons: My father was a brush arbor preacher many years ago. If he were here, I know he wouldn’t hesitate to let me know if I had missed the mark.
  • What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: She’s too diplomatic to say. She will tell me when I do good. When she doesn’t say anything, I worry.
  • Best advice given to me about preaching: When you get done, shut up and sit down!
  • Books that have had an impact: The Christ of the Gospels by Shepherd.
  • Hobbies: Ham radio, computers, and the About-Him.Com website.
  • If I could Preach one more time, I would say...: I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live...Gal. 2:20
