Abraham OBEYED a GOD he had never seen. Abraham PATIENTLY WAITED for a CITY he had never seen. He walked by FAITH, not by SIGHT. Scripture calls Abraham “the father of all them that believe” (Romans 4:12).

Isaac seems to have lived in the shadows of his father (Abraham) and his sons (Esau and Jacob). He is mentioned less than either of these, but he stayed faithful to the God of his father, Abraham. So can we!
