The Israelites grumble again against God. Moses responds to their grumbling with anger and loses the privilege of entering the Promised Land. Moses responded with anger and disrespected God. We can learn a few things form an angry man who lashed out against the Creator.

We are aliens and pilgrims in this strange land just passing through on our way to our inheritance. Paul says we are citizens of Heaven waiting for our Savior! That is why the phrase “after this” is so important. It gives us a proper perspective for the days ahead.

GOD told Abram to pack his belongings and to “GO to the Land I will give to you”. Abram obeyed GOD, but the journey wasn’t easy. Abram had conflict, strife, uncertainty, etc. But he remained trusting in the LORD outside of his comfort zone.
