In these days the words Gog/Magog crop up in reference to the current war against Hamas. This Gog war will definitely happen, but there is debate about the timing. This article shows it can be only at one specific time. I have more detailed posts in the Eschatology Series.

This Gog Magog war must be just before, or at the Second Coming. It is an invasion of Israel before the Second Coming, probably headed up by Russia. Ezekiel 38 and 39 deals with the whole matter and we examine that. Israel moves into great blessing following Gog's defeat.
