The latter part of this verse declares by the Word of God Himself that "there is no savior beside Me."
With that being said, and knowing that we cannot know God but by revelation, these words imply certain things about the character of our God
The Word of God often repeats certain truths to reinforce what God wants us to know about Himself.
"There is one God; and there is none other but he."
"I am the Lord, and there is none else: there is no god beside me." "thou shalt have none other gods but me." "Is there a god beside me? Yea, there is no god; I know not any." "I am the lord, that is My name; and my glory will I not give to another; neither my praise to any graven images."
