INTRODUCTION:

Divine increase is the supernatural multiplication and growth that comes from God. It is not dependent on human effort but on the grace and favour of God. Grace is the enabler for divine increase, allowing us to accomplish what would otherwise be impossible. This sermon explores the connection between grace and divine increase, helping believers to access and walk in it.

1. UNDERSTANDING GRACE AND DIVINE INCREASE

a) What is Grace?

Grace is unmerited favour, God’s empowerment to do what we cannot do on our own (Ephesians 2:8-9).

b) What is Divine Increase?

It is growth, expansion, and fruitfulness orchestrated by God (Genesis 26:12-13).

c) The Relationship Between Grace and Increase

Grace sets the stage for supernatural multiplication (2 Corinthians 9:8).

d) Human Effort vs. Divine Grace

Paul reminds us that it is God who gives the increase (1 Corinthians 3:6-7).

4. SIGNS OF DIVINE INCREASE

a) Abundance in Every Area

Overflowing blessings signify God’s hand (John 10:10).

b) Open Doors and Opportunities

God creates pathways for advancement (Revelation 3:8).

c) Supernatural Protection

God secures His blessings (Malachi 3:11).

d) Fruitfulness and Multiplication

Growth is evident in all areas (Psalm 1:3).

e) Biblical Example: Joseph prospered in every place God positioned him (Genesis 39:2-6).

5. MAINTAINING DIVINE INCREASE

a) Continual Dependence on God

Always rely on His grace (Proverbs 3:5-6).

b) Faithfulness in Stewardship

Be faithful with the increase God gives (Luke 16:10).

c) Cultivating a Thankful Heart

Thanksgiving sustains blessings (1 Thessalonians 5:18).

d) Staying Humble

Pride can hinder growth (James 4:6).

e) Biblical Example: King Solomon maintained God’s blessings through wisdom and worship (1 Kings 3:10-14).
