Everything Depends on God

By Him all things consist.

By Him all things hold together.

He holds it all together with His power. Heb. 1:3

Everything depends on God.

1. The Creation

-The Universe is held together by God’s power

--The stars are held in place

--The Sun rises and falls on schedule

--The planets remain in their obits.

II. The Christian.

-Your Physical life depends on God.

--Your next breath

--Your next heartbeat

--Your age…What is your life?

-Your Spiritual life.

--Salvation depends on God

--Eph 2:8 And that not of yourselves.

--The trials that come depend on God.

-Your daily walk.

--We walk by faith and not by sight.

--We must follow God every day.

--Where He leads me, I will follow.

-Your future life.

--God has a plan for you.

--God knows where you will be 20 years from now.

----Your time here on earth.

-Your eternity in heaven. (Read the book!)

-The last days are all planned out.

Conclusion.

We must trust God like everything depends on Him.

-Not conniving
