Fear God? Seriously? I thought that was "so" Old Testament. But 18 times Proverbs repeats the theme that wise people will "fear the LORD". Can fearing God actually be a good thing?

A godly woman is worthy of honor and respect, but Proverbs recognizes that some kids don't do that. Why should a child honor their parent and how can they do it as a Christian ought to?

James says the tongue is a filthy and foul organ of the body. But Proverbs 15 tells us that that very tongue has ability to do mighty things for God. What does Proverbs tell us are the good things we can use this muscle to do?

God calls us to live righteous lives. But Romans tells us that no one is righteous. So, God wants to me to be righteous. I want to be righteous... but no one is righteous so I can’t be righteous. How can that possibly make sense?
