B. It was at midnight that Samson (Jud. 16:3) took the gates of the city of Gaza (Strong and Harsh – Death and Hell), and the two posts, bar and all, put them on his broad shoulders, and carried them away up to the top of a high hill before Hebron (Fellowship—Reconciliation). – A Picture of Reconciliation by Christ’s Death.
C. It was at midnight that Ruth came into the threshing floor and laid herself at Boaz’s feet (Ruth 3:8). – A Picture of A Needy Sinner Seeking Grace.
