About Justin
  • Education: I am currently being trained for ordination through the Pittsburgh District of the Church of the Nazarene in Butler, PA.
  • Experience: I have pastored the NuMine Bible Fellowship Church of the Nazarene since August of 2008 to the present.
  • Comment to those looking at my sermons: I just hope that even one line inspires someone to write something great of their own.
  • Sermon or series that made a difference: Anything by Tim Keller.
  • Family: I am blessed to have a beautiful wife named Penni and three gorgeous children, Lucas, Chloe, and Paige with another on the way.
  • What my parents think of my sermons: They love them.
  • What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: She loves my style (really, she does)!
  • Best advice given to me about preaching: Don't try to be like anybody else. God called you with your gifts and personality. Be yourself.
  • Books that have had an impact: A Plain Account of Christian Perfection by John Wesley. Mission Church edited by Darrell L. Guder. Grace, Faith, and Holiness by H. Ray Dunning. Wholeness in Christ by William Greathouse. The Pursuit of God by A. W. Tozer. Mere Christianity by C. S. Lewis. Really, I have almost everything by Lewis and and profoundly affected by all of his works.
  • Hobbies: I like to hunt, fish, read, and play outside with my family.
  • If I could Preach one more time, I would say...: Jesus died for your sins so that you could experience his love and grace now and forever!
  • What I want on my tombstone: Best of all, God is with us. (John Wesley's dying words)
