  • Education: My wife and I both attended Columbia Bible College in Columbia, SC, and Northeastern Bible College in Essex Fells, NJ, from which I graduated in 1970.
  • Experience: By God’s grace, I was youth pastor and assistant pastor at Evangel Baptist in Springfield, NJ for four years; Pastor of Emmanuel Baptist in Manville, NJ for seventeen years; I have now minister in Sussex County, NJ.

Our son & his wife work for Apple Computer in NJ; Our oldest daughter lives in PA with her husband and three of her four children. Our youngest daughter has five children, and she and her husband own European Plastering Co. in NJ

  • Best advice given to me about preaching: Bathe it in prayer, rely on God.
  • Books that have had an impact: 1. Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren 2. Power Through Prayer by E.M Bounds
  • Hobbies: walking, swimming, reading.
  • Something funny that happened while preaching: I once tripped on the microphone chord - that was back when I was Assistant Pastor at Evangel Baptist Church in Springfield, NJ. The youth group I led at the time thought it was pretty funny!
  • What I want on my tombstone: For me to live is Christ and to die is gain!
