WHO DEFINES TRUTH?

IS TRUTH RELATIVE?

CAN ANYTHING I DESIRE AND DEMAND BE THE TRUTH?

ARE WE SO TOLERANT THAT WE ARE INTOLERANT OF THE TRUTH?

Read Face Book and watch the news to see what people really do.

It is hard to HEAR OPPORTUNITIES when the TV IS ALWAYS ON...

THERE ARE GREAT OPPORTUNITIES BEFORE US...

WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE...

I read a story of a man named William Ewart Gladstone that lived from 1809 to 1898.

Gladstone was one of the longest serving and most popular PRIME MINISTER in England.

The story was told that GLADSTONE WAS IN ONE OF THE GREATEST POLITICAL CRISIS

of his life. William Gladstone was pressed on every side and was facing opposition on

every side.

William was so heavy and he was sitting working on a speech at 2 AM and he could not

seem to find the proper words to address the House of Commons.

At 2 AM a mother of a poor family came to his door and knocked and knocked. William

answered the door and the mother was crying her SON LAY CRIPPLE, DYING. She begged

Gladstone to PLEASE, COME TO THEIR HOUSE TO COMFORT AND CONSOLE THE

DYING YOUNG MAN.

WITH ANY HESTITATION GLADSTONE LEFT HIS SPEECH PREPARATION AND WENT

TO THE BED SIDE OF THE DYING YOUNG MAN WHERE GLADSTONE LEAD THE YOUNG

MAN TO ACCEPT JESUS CHRIST AS HIS PERSONAL SAVIOR.

Gladstone stayed the rest of the night with the family. About sunrise the young man passed

away and the family found great comfort that the Prime Minister of England stayed up all night

with the family. Gladstone closed the eyes on the corpse and went home.

Gladstone did not complain of being tired that day. He approached the day with A SMILE

OF CONFIDCE, PEACE AND POWER. The speech had to made without the proper preparation.

GLADSTONE'S SPEECH WAS A MASTERPIECE AND BECAME KNOWN AS ONE OF THE

GREATEST SPEECH OF HIS LIFE.

After the great masterpiece was delivered, Gladstone was reported to have said:

" I AM THE HAPPIEST MAN IN THE WORLD TODAY."

WHERE DO I FIND TRUTH? WHO DEFINES TRUTH? GOD SAYS??

DO WE FOCUS ON THE BIGGER PICTURE? DO WE SEE PROBLEMS, WHEN GOD SAYS:

THIS PROBLEM IS COULD JUST BE A GREAT OPPORTUNITY!

WANT TO TALK ABOUT UNDERSTANDING? SOME ISSUES JUST DO NOT SEEM TO

MAKE A LOT OF SENSE?

CAN WE SEE THE FOREST FOR THE TREES?

Do we jump to the CONCLUSION more than we jump to OPPORTUNITY?

WHAT DO WE THINK WHEN THINGS GO WRONG?

THIS PROBLEM IS A REAL PROBLEM... OUR DONKEYS RUN AWAY...

1 Samuel 9:3 And the DONKEYS of Kish Saul's father were lost. And Kish said to Saul his

son, Take now one of the servants with thee, and arise, go seek the donkeys.

Many seek a final destination, when we need to find joy in the menial daily task.

You might find God in chasing your dad's donkeys.
