1. First time mentioned:

a. JESUS is the Healer. first time it was mentioned in Genesis 20:17 was used in past tense and followed by "eth" (aleph-tav) which represents the LORD JESUS CHRIST, meaning Healing came from the LORD even before crucifixion, the LORD was already healing.
