LET US RECALL A MOTHER'S VISION... TOGETHER FOREVER...

DON'T ALLOW LIFE TO DESTROY VISION OF HEAVEN

Mothers, it is worth it. It is worth it. Every tear, every dirty diaper, every sleepless night.

It is worth it... GOD CAN TELL YOU HUMANITY HAS NO MORE PRECIOUS GIFT

AND FRIEND AS A PRAYING MOTHER THAT TEACHES HER CHILDREN TO PRAY.

NO ONE WILL EVER BE POOR THAT HAS A GODLY MOTHER.

There is one way a mother can have quiet time: DO DISHES...

A man is seldom as smart as his Mother thinks he is...

Nor is the man as dumb as his Mother -in- Law thinks he is.

Did your mom ever say this famous prayer?

" GOD HELP YOU IF YOU EVER DO THAT AGAIN!"

WE WALK IN CHOICES... To demonstrate this I use 2 types...

Generation #1 giver and faithful... every time the doors are open... prayers

Generation #2 Attends church part time... loves church programs...

Generation #3 Attends church Christmas/ Easter and special occasions...

When in need Generation #3 calls Generation #1 and asks for prayer...

There can be an exceptation, 3 GENERATIONS AT THE FOOT OF THE CROSS...

in thy grandmother Lois, and thy mother Eunice; and I am persuaded that in thee also.

We do not know about Timothy's Dad and Grandfather ---

BUT THE WE KNOW ABOUT HIS MOTHER FIGURES...

WHAT IS A MOTHER? THE GOLDEN THREAD OF A MOTHER'S LOVE...

Some of the best words in the world are: THAT IS MY MOTHER!

A mother is patient, kind, teacher, understanding --- when needed a DISCIPLINE GIVER,

a tender mercy, ...

Takes the needle and thread, works all day then cooks, and cleans...

A counselor, a coach, ....

SHE KNOWS TEARS AND LAUGHTER...

SHE IS A NURSE, A DOCTOR...

She may be so tender at times --- Then hard, firm at other times...

Gives time --- HOPE, FAITH,

Should give a LOVE FOR THE CHURCH...

Proverbs 14:12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the

ways of death.

A professor took a small group of students for several days into the desert to have an intense

study on the reality of a desert. They traveled miles and the van in which they were traveling

had a major break down.

The group started walking the 3 day journey back to the city. At night they could see the

lights IN A DISTANCE...

After 2 days of walking the students climbed a summit of sand... and to their amazement

there they saw what appeared to be several small bodies of water and palm trees were

around the water. The students were so excited. They were sun burnt, hungry and very

weary. They jumped and screamed for joy.

THE TEACHER HAD WARNED THEM JUST BEFORE THEY MADE IT SAFE BACK THEY

WOULD SEE MIRAGES. SO THE PROFESSOR TOLD THEM THEY WERE WRONG,

THEIR EYES WERE LYING TO THEM.

They insisted, we see trees and water to the right.

The teacher said: ABSOLUTELY NOT, FOLLOW ME, FOR STRAIGHT AHEAD WAS

THEIR CAMPUS. TRUST ME I KNOW...

The students keep demanding they had seen water and trees.

SO THE TEACHER MADE THEM PROMISE --- WHEN YOU REALIZE IT IS A MIRAGE...

YOU STAY PUT THERE --- I WILL KEEP WALKING AND WILL BE IN SAFETY BY DARK.

I WILL RETURN WITH HELP AND RESCUE YOU TONIGHT.

So unable to convince the students their error, the profession let them go to the mirage and

he continued for help.

WHEN IN 2 HOURS THE STUDENTS ARRIVED AT A BEAUTIFUL RESORT THAT HAD

4 SWIMMING POOLS, AND 6 RESTAURANTS ...

AFTER THEY JUMPED INTO THE WATER AND ATE SOME FOOD THEY STARTED OUT

IN SOME LANDROVERS... TO SEARCH FOR THEIR PROFESSOR...

HE WAS NEVER FOUND...
