Habakkuk’s "Ground Zero" occurs in chapter 1. Notice his reaction to his moment of crisis in chapters 2-3.

C. "shall live"
Gal. 3:10-11
2. When at Ground Zero, Pray Effectively (3:1-2)
A. Effective prayer is humble prayer: Habakkuk stood in awe of God
B. Effective prayer is worshipful prayer: Habakkuk feared God
C. Effective prayer is submissive prayer: Habakkuk wanted God’s will to be done in his life and nation
3. When at Ground Zero, Rejoice Continually (3:3-19)
A. Acknowledge, like Habakkuk, God’s mighty acts (v. 3-5, 8, 11)
