God is whom He says He is and since we are His children, God will always be a Father to us all. God is a loving Father and God cares for us all in the midst of trouble, failure, sickness, pain, death , turmoil, disease, despair, mourning and all sorts of stress that comes our way God is still LOVE and LOVE is God.

Of course, we all go through unimaginable things in life that we just want to give up but when we take our eyes off this trials and focus on whom God is we can see that we have a faithful Father. And from one generation to another God as always been there.

The enemy wants us all to think that God does not love us but that's a lie. Why? God created us all in His own image and likeness in the book of Genesis 1:27 " So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.

Since, we are created in God's own image and likeness, the question now is.... Will our Father not love us? Care for us? and be a Father to us? well, looking at who God is I believe that a Father who has called us his children will always be there for his children that He loves so much and because of His love for us He sent his Only Begotten Son to come and die for us all in John 3: 16 and it records:

John 3:16

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

In the amplified version

For God so [greatly] loved and dearly prized the world, that He [even] gave His [One and] only begotten Son, so that whoever believes and trusts in Him [as Savior] shall not perish, but have eternal life.

When I was sick for years I actually believed that God hated me because i had been in that state for 30 years but one day Jesus Christ appeared to me and healed me instantly. I do not know why it took so long but He showed Himself up in my life and I was delivered from that condition. There are lots of example in the Word of God that proves that God is Love and wants us whole, let's look at some of His faithfulness in His Word.

John 5: 1 - 15

The man at the pool of Bethesda

After this there was a feast of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. Now there is in Jerusalem by the Sheep Gate a pool, which is called in Hebrew, Bethesda, having five porches. In these lay a great multitude of sick people, blind, lame, paralysed, waiting for the moving of the water. For an angel went down at a certain time into the pool and stirred up the water; then whoever stepped in first, after the stirring of the water, was made well of whatever disease he had. Now a certain man was there who had an infirmity thirty-eight years. When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, “Do you want to be made well?

The sick man answered Him, “Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me.”

Jesus said to him, “Rise, take up your bed and walk.” And immediately the man was made well, took up his bed, and walked.

And that day was the Sabbath. The Jews therefore said to him who was cured, “It is the Sabbath; it is not lawful for you to carry your bed.”

He answered them, “He who made me well said to me, ‘Take up your bed and walk.’ ”

Then they asked him, “Who is the Man who said to you, ‘Take up your bed and walk’?” But the one who was healed did not know who it was, for Jesus had withdrawn, a multitude being in that place. Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, “See, you have been made well. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.”

The man departed and told the Jews that it was Jesus who had made him well.

In this case Jesus showed up at the right time and healed a man that had been paralysed for 38 years and that is the faithfulness of God. If we can trust Him to help us He is always ready to do so. God will not turn His back on His children that He loves unconditionally. This is the saving grace of God.
