Summary: Do not think that your reckless invasion into the territory of demons will not have repercussions and consequences, caveat!

Venturing into the enemy territory

Genesis 34: 1 “Now Dinah the daughter of Leah, whom she had borne to Jacob, went out to visit the daughters of the land.2 When Shechem the son of Hamor the Hivite, the prince of the land, saw her, he took her and lay with her by force.”

Do not think that your reckless invasion into the territory of demons will not have repercussions and consequences, caveat! We have clear warning from the Bible “not to walk in the counsel of the wicked, Nor stand in the path of sinners, Nor sit in the seat of scoffers.”(Psalm 1:1) Hookah Bar, Beer bar, Alcohol bars are all enemy territories that one must stay away from. Don’t do it even for fun sake, which would lead you down the pit of hell. Apostle Paul said: Ephesians 4:27 ‘…and do not give the devil a foothold.”

Also the words in Ephesians 6 regarding obedience to parents is rather strong here read:

2 Honor your father and mother (which is the first commandment with a promise),

3 so that it may be well with you, and that you may live long on the earth.

So, if you do not obey your parents, then all may not be well with you, anybody listening?

Ignorance, foolishness, carelessness and ‘I-know-everything’ attitude of the youth, that lands them in great trouble. Dinah was the only daughter of Jacob who had 12 sons, she must have been a pampered girl both by them parents and brothers. Her parents may have warned her not to enter Shechem but she chose to dare and enter the enemy territory. The roving eyes of Shechem the son of Hamor spotted Dinah and did not spare her, he forcibly violated her and defiled her body. When one person in the family disobeys God and dares to do something very wrong, the entire family suffers as in the case of Dinah. Genesis 34: 25 Each brother took his sword and came upon the city unawares, and killed every male. 26 They killed Hamor and his son Shechem with the edge of the sword. There was chaos in the city because of the error committed by one girl who dared to disobey her parents and walk out of the house: murder, blood, violence and agony.

When girls run away from home and elope with their boyfriends causing tremendous wounds, pain and humiliation for the parents, this definitely has a curse attached to it, unless you repent deeply for the damage done to the family.

Entering into ministry and daringly attempting to do things emotionally without proper calling and covering can also get you into deep trouble. You need to be under spiritual authority, accountability and guidance without which you would get lost. Recently a young boy emotionally called himself a missionary and walked alone into a devil worshiping enemy territory and got mentally attacked; therefore, do not stray away from elders, church, home and parents.
