Plan for: Thanksgiving | Advent | Christmas
Jesus Christ is the name above all names! There is power in His name!
We all have names that hold significance and meaning. Our names are our identity, how we introduce ourselves, and how we relate to others. Some names may have been given to us for sentimental reasons or to honor a loved one. Names have power, and they shape our lives in various ways. However, there is one name that stands above all names, and that is the name of Jesus Christ. In His name, there is unmatched power and authority.
God has exalted Jesus Christ and given Him a name that surpasses all others. This name is above every other name in heaven, on earth, and under the earth. Jesus is highly exalted, raised to supreme majesty by God Himself. This exaltation is unparalleled, as no other person, place, or thing in the Bible receives such a distinction. Jesus is elevated beyond measure, and His name reflects His purpose on earth and after His resurrection.
The name of Jesus holds immense power and authority. It is through His name that we find redemption, victory, and hope. There is salvation in no one else but Jesus Christ. His name is greater than any sickness, disease, or negative circumstance we may face. Jesus' name is above bankruptcy, foreclosure, job loss, or any other situation. Whatever has been given a name is below the name of Jesus.
As Christians, our identity is found in Christ and His name. We are accepted in the beloved, blessed in all blessings, chosen in Him, delivered from dark powers, and elevated to heavenly places. In Jesus' name, we are forgiven of all sins, loved unconditionally, and predestined to sonship. Our identity is not defined by others' opinions or our circumstances but by our relationship with Christ. We are God's precious children, created to please Him.
The day will come when every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. All of creation, both in heaven and on earth, will worship and acknowledge Jesus' lordship. This confession can be made with joyful faith or with resentment and despair. It is a universal recognition of Jesus' authority and a submission to His lordship.
The name of Jesus holds unmatched power and authority. It is exalted above all other names, and in His name, we find our identity, salvation, and victory. Every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. Let us embrace the power in His name and worship Him with all our hearts. May we live our lives in submission to His lordship and proclaim His name to the world. In the name of Jesus, there is hope, healing, and eternal life.
