The Testimony Of Jesus Series

The reason the enemy hates us is because we were created in the image of God and because we carry the testimony of Jesus. When we get born again we become witnesses of and a living testimony of Jesus that yes, He died but rose again and is now alive and well living inside of us and we are called by His Name far dwelling in heavenly places, far above all powers of the enemy. We become living proof that Jesus is Risen Indeed and destroyed the works of the enemy because of transformed lives that say "I was blind but now I see, I was deaf but now I hear", addictions, harmful company, poverty, low self worth etc our lives become living testimonies of the death and resurrection of Jesus our Lord.

The Bible says the enemy has the whole world in deception (Revelation 12:9) and it controls it through lies but then those lies are totally destroyed when it encounters an on fire Spirit filled believer in whom Jesus has been formed and through them, is supplanting the powers of darkness and advancing the Kingdom. In the face of The Truth, Jesus, manifesting through us the enemy is powerless and that's why it attacks us because it wants to make it look like we are the liars and God isn't good and isn't Whom He says He is. It is on a constant campaign to discredit God and it tries to throw things at us to weaken our faith that's why we have to stand firm on our Rock Jesus trusting Him no matter what to prove to the world Jesus IS alive and well and He is their Savior and Redeemer too. The enemy fears us because when we are walking in Holy Fire we not only destroy its works but most importantly we reveal Jesus to the world. The Bible calls us children of light and tells us to let our lights shine so people can be drawn to Jesus through us and know about Him and His Love for them. When The Lord rose from the grave the enemy through the pharisees paid the guards to lie and say the disciples had stolen Him it didn't want anyone to know He had risen. But He is RISEN and He is our VICTORIOUS TRIUMPHANT LORD a Truth we carry to the world.

Because we carry the testimony of Jesus within ourselves (1 John 5:11), we become witnesses of His Resurrection power that says yes, He is the Savior and Reedemer of the world, The Messiah and The Christ. With The Spirit and power we shine His Love, His goodness, His grace to the world. "Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you." It's His Light in us that shines and the word "arise" here is a command because our Light HAS come. The world has to know about Jesus has to witness His Light for themselves and be a light.

Situations the enemy tries to throw at us are designed to weaken the testimony of Jesus within us and to discredit us as witnesses of His Resurrection but we who were blind can now see, who were deaf can now hear. Even in the toughest of situations we need to remember the things He has done already and remember that because of what He has done we can testify of His goodness and if He did it back then He can and will do it again if we stand firm in our faith. Greater is He that lives in us and we carry His testimony in us.
