The Significance Of A Seal

Summary: The purpose of the sermon is to remind the reader that his soul is sealed until the day of redemption.
The Bible declares that our souls have been sealed with God’s Holy Spirit. A seal implies many things. I shall attempt to name a few:
I. THE PROOF OF ORIGIN.
II. POSSESION OF SEALER.
III. PROTECTION OF THE SEALED.
IV. PERMANENCE OF THE SEAL.
V. THE PROMINENCE OF THE SEALED.
VI. POWER OF THE SEALER AND THGE SEALED.
VII. PEACE OF THE SEALER AND THE SEALED.
Conclusion: A thing to marvel at; God sealed us through the blood of His Son and sent His Spirit as both: the seal and the pleadge of our future inheritance. That’s my friends is the guarantee that belongs to all believers.
