Topic: THE ROLES OF ATTACKS, TRIBULATIONS AND CHALLENGES IN THE KINGDOM AGENDA

Acts 8:1-3 King James Version (KJV)

8 And Saul was consenting unto his death. And at that time there was a great persecution against the church which was at Jerusalem; and they were all scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judaea and Samaria, except the apostles.

2 And devout men carried Stephen to his burial, and made great lamentation over him.

3 As for Saul, he made havock of the church, entering into every house, and haling men and women committed them to prison.

Beloved the attack on Christians and the church as a whole did not just start. It has been there since the time of the Apostles and we can even stretch it to the time if Jesus.

Beloved, we should not be afraid of these persecutions and mistreatment because of our faith. We need to stand strong in our faith.

Jesus always got us, no matter the tribulations, challenges or attacks. He has promised to be with us till the end of time in the Book of Matthew chapter 28 and so shall it be and remain forever.

Beloved one thing we need to take note also, is that anytime there is a scatter of Chriatians abroad, no matter the reason, the Gospel spreads farther.

Sometimes the tribulations, challenges and attacks which causes us to scatter are rather helpful to the Kingdom because in the end, more souls are won and the Gospel of Jesus get into zones and corners where it naturally would not have entered.

Though they may think they are punishing us and destroying our faith, we know they are rather strengthening us and helping us spread our Gospel that all would be saved including them who scatter us.

In the times of tribulations, attack and challenges we mostly see ourselves as being at a disadvantageous position and being weak to hit back. But beloved I want you to know, this is a wrong perception and stand to take or have.

Paul said, "in my weakness I am stronger because the strength of Jesus is made perfect in my weakness, therefore I will glory in my weakness".

Beloved Jesus strengthens us in times of these tribulations attacks and challenges so if we would look at Him and draw from Him and stop looking at our own selves and trying to draw strength from within us, we would see and experience what the Apostle Paul experienced and wrote down for us.

Attacks would come, challenges would hit you and take you by surprise, many evils may try to do their worst and it may seem like the church is being conquered and destroyed *but* no, no, no, it is not so:

Their attacks are rather launching us further into the deep to spread the Gospel to hidden corners or unknown regions.

Their attacks are causing the strength of Jesus to be made perfect in us that we walk not or do nothing with our strength but with the strength of Jesus our Lord and Saviour.

Beloved if we keep the mindset of *IT'S ALL ABOUT JESUS* and no one else and we move with this throughout our lives, the attacks will come, the challenges would come but we would walk over them and rather draw many souls into the Kingdom of God.

Tribulations, attacks and challenges have their own roles in the pushing of the Kingdom Agenda. So when they come at you look for the positive role they have come to play and play your role in their manifestation to the glory of God Almighty. Amen.

Prayer: Father please help me to live and continue living in Jesus as He lives in me. May I never deviate or turn away from Him even for a second. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray. Amen.
