i. An Unmistakable Witness - 1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.

ii. An Untiring Witness - 2 Day unto day uttereth speech,

and night unto night sheweth knowledge.

for over 6,000 years now His works have praised Him.

iii. An Understandable Witness - 3-6

3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.

Heard by all People, in all Places, in all Periods, for One Purpose.

7. Precious - 10 More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

III. He Makes Himself Known in His Worship - 11-14

In the Skies we see God's Glory and Greatness;

In the Scriptures we see God's Goodness;

In the Saints we see God's Grace.

1. God's Word Alone - will keep us from Folly - 13 Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me

2. will keep us in Favour - 13 then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression.

3. And will keep us in Fellowship -

14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart,

be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.
