OBSERVATION: WEBSTER DEFINES BIAS AS AN INCLINATION OF THE MIND: A BENT, PREJUDICE. AUTHOR DOUGLAS CONNELLY SUGGESTS PROVERBS IS A COLLECTION OF PRACTICAL PRINCIPLES TO GOVERN YOUR LIFE. MOST SCHOLARS CREDIT KING SOLOMON AND A FEW OTHER WRITERS AS AUTHORS.

INTERPRETATION: PROVERBS 18:17 (NKJV) THE FIRST ONE TO PLEAD HIS CAUSE SEEMS RIGHT, UNTIL HIS NEIGHBOR COMES AND EXAMINES HIM. PROVERBS 18:17 (THE BOOK-PARAPHRASE) ANY STORY SOUNDS TRUE UNTIL SOMEONE SETS THE RECORD STRAIGHT).
