6:3 Hear therefore, O Israel, and be watchful to do them, that it may be well with you and that you may increase exceedingly, as the Lord, the God of your fathers, has promised you, in a land flowing with milk and honey.
6:4 Hear, O Israel: the Lord our God is one Lord [the only Lord].
VIII. MAIN BODY:
Deuteronomy 17:18 (Amplified Bible)
And when he sits on his royal throne, he shall write for himself a copy of this law in a book, out of what is before the Levitical priests.
Deuteronomy 17:18 (King James Version)
And it shall be, when he sitteth upon the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write him a copy of this law in a book out of that which is before the priests the Levites:
A. The king shall sit on his throne
"And it shall be, when he sitteth upon the throne of his kingdom,"
2 Kings 11:12 (Amplified Bible)
And Jehoiada brought out the king’s son and put the crown on him and gave him the Testimony [the Mosaic Law]; and they proclaimed him king and anointed him, and they clapped their hands and said, Long live the king!
Sitteth or sit from the Hebrew word: "yashab" means "to remain, to dwell, to ease, to marry, to endure, to establish".
The king is "married" to his job is really true, because unlike any other profession or career, a king can't vacate his seat of power or his throne and "rest for a while".
For us our spiritual position in CHRIST is always we are sitted together with CHRIST in the Heavenly Throne of GOD at the right hand of FATHER GOD.
Ephesians 2:6 (Amplified Bible)
And He raised us up together with Him and made us sit down together [giving us joint seating with Him] in the heavenly sphere [by virtue of our being] in Christ Jesus (the Messiah, the Anointed One).
Ephesians 1:21-23 (Amplified Bible)
Far above all rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named [above every title that can be conferred], not only in this age and in this world, but also in the age and the world which are to come.
And He has put all things under His feet and has appointed Him the universal and supreme Head of the church [a headship exercised throughout the church],
Which is His body, the fullness of Him Who fills all in all [for in that body lives the full measure of Him Who makes everything complete, and Who fills everything everywhere with Himself].
