Introduction

Apart from God, we have no good thing. True satisfaction and fulfillment can only be found in His presence.

Being in the presence of God’s people brings great joy. When we gather together to worship Him, our hearts are filled with delight.

Benefit 4: Consequences

Running after other gods leads to sorrow and trouble. We should avoid idolatry and stay in God’s presence.

Benefit 5: Security

In God’s presence, our destiny is secure. He assigns us our portion and protects us from harm.

Benefit 6: Boundaries

The boundaries set by God are pleasant and lead to a delightful inheritance. We have a rich and fulfilling life when we stay within His boundaries.

Benefit 7: Counsel

God counsels us and guides us in His presence. The Holy Spirit, our Counselor, speaks to us and instructs us, even in the night.

Benefit 8: Strength

When we set the Lord before us, we find strength and stability. We will not be shaken by the circumstances of life.

Benefit 9: Gladness

Our hearts are filled with gladness in God’s presence. Our tongues rejoice, and our bodies find rest and security.

Benefit 10: Assurance

In God’s presence, we are assured of eternal life. We will not be abandoned to the grave but will rise with Him.

Benefit 11: Revelation

God reveals the path of life to us in His presence. We experience joy and eternal pleasures when we are close to Him.
