The Fight Of Our Lives

Mat 7:21-22 Not euery one that sayeth vnto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdome of heauen, but he that doeth my Fathers will which is in heauen.

Mat 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lorde, Lorde, haue we not by thy Name prophecied? and by thy name cast out deuils? and by thy name done many great workes? He will say I know you not.

So I am telling you right now we need to be prepared. God is still the ruler of this world. But all the forces of hell are working to take anyone with them they can, they don’t want to see you have eternal life in heaven with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. They want you to go to the everlasting burning Lake of fire to be tortured for eternity. Are the pleasures of lust of this world worth losing your soul. What if a man gains the whole world and loses his soul. He has gained nothing. And we need to preach the uncandy coated word of God, because there’s churches that do not preach the truth, we have good ones but there’s a lot that our not so good, they preach that you don’t have to be born again, which is a lie from the pits of hell. In John 3:3 Jesus told Nicodemus Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. satan wants you to believe that. Some are being taught that I am a good person, God is a loving God, I know I have a place in heaven, because God would not send me to hell. Let me tell you a lot of good people are going to end up in hell. I want to tell you a story.

William Dixon lived in England. He was a widower who had lost both his wife and his only son. One day he saw that the house of one of his neighbors was on fire. Although the elderly owner had been rescued, her orphaned grandson was still trapped in the fire. William Dixon immediately climbed an iron pipe on the side of the house and lowered the boy to safety. His hands and arms were badly burned in the rescue, but he was glad to get the boy out of the fire. Shortly after the fire, the grandmother died. The townspeople wondered who would care for the boy. Two volunteers appeared before the town council to offer their homes to the boy. When it was William Dixon’s turn to speak, instead of saying anything, he merely held up his scarred hands and arms. When the vote was taken, the boy was given to him. The chairman of the city council said, “Sir, the scars on your arms are proof of your love for the boy, as well as your promise to take good care of him. God new before the foundation of time that we would sin. He knew he would have to go to the cross for us. God became flesh and walked among us, and was rejected. They lied about him persecuted him. He was taken at night to be led away for a trail. He was taken before Pontius Pilate, and then was scourged. He paid for us with his stripes he was beaten so bad the fleshed was riped from his back that tendons and ligaments was exposed. He was beaten almost to death. Then made him carry a cross to gal Gotha where the hammered nails into his hands and feet. Then the cross was dropped into a hole. It was like suffocating to death cause you had to raise your legs to breath.But the thief on his one side was forgiven because he asked for forgiveness and was forgiven. And Jesus said before he died father forgive them for they know not what they done .He had to pay a price that we could not pay. And what I want you to think about is he did not have to do this. But he done it because he loved us that much. And satan was defeated at the cross. So if there is anyone here to night that is not right with our lord and savior the alter will be open when we sing. And remember we are not guaranteed tomorrow. If you say I’ll wait to later to give my life to God. It might be too late because you may never get another chance.
