END OF TIME? HOW MUCH TIME DO WE HAVE LEFT? WHAT IS TIME?

As the sand in an hour glass so are the days of our life.

Time is divided into 3 categories… Past, Present and Future.

THERE IS A MEASURE OF TIME: seconds, 60 minutes, 1440 minutes make a day, 24 hours, 7 days a week, 4 weeks make a month, 365 days or 12 months make a year, 10 years a decade, 100 years a century, 1000 years a millennium ….

IS TIME YOUR FRIEND? IS TIME YOUR ENEMY?

HOW DO WE SPEND OUR TIME? WHERE YOU SPEND YOUR TIME WILL IDENTIFY WHAT YOU REALLY LOVE.

ARE WE INVESTING OUR TIME ACCORDING TO OUR PURPOSE OR TO HIS PURPOSE?

Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

FIRST HEAR THIS: TIME IS THE MOST PRECIOUS GIFT HUMANITY CAN SPEND. Time is worth more than silver, gold, diamonds and money. Time waits for no man. There is no bank where in you can save time. We must determine what our main thing will be. The most important thing is to invest our TIME, TALENTS and ENERGY WISELY. Is the question bigger wages? Spending time better?

IS IT WORTH IT? WHAT ARE YOU CLINGING TO…? YOUR SOUL, SPIRIT PERSON IS MUCH MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOUR BODY… THE SPIRIT PERSON IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ITEM YOU WILL EVER POSSESS.

Mark 8:36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? 37 Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

LET US TALK ABOUT STUPID TAXES… EVE AND ADAM TRADED FOR FRUIT? Achan traded for some gold and fancy clothes? Gehazi was to be the next prophet, traded for Naaman’s leprosy? Ahab and Jezebel traded for a farm? Judas for 30 pieces of silver? Lot’s wife sold herself for a “LOOK BACK.” Could we trade eternity for temporal pleasure? David lives a life with THE TRAIL OF TEARS CHASING A MARRIED WOMAN and had her husband killed? What for: funeral home visits? Son rapes his sister? Son kills his brother? Son rebels against his dad?

1 Timothy 6:7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. 8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. 9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. 10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

ARE WE INVESTING IN RUST BUCKETS OF JUNK?

2 Corinthians 4:18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

SPENDING TIME WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY: THE DANGER OF COMPARISON --- THEY RECEIVED MORE THAN I DID! BURIED TALENTS --- NEVER DEVELOPED HIS POTENTIAL

Matthew 25:24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed: 25 And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.

POOR INVESTMENTS OF TIME… I WILL BURY AND NOT DEVELOP MY GOD GIVEN TALENT.

MATTHEW 25:30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

WHAT WILL BE THE SIGNS OF THE END OF THE AGES? JESUS COULD PROPHETICALLY LOOK TO THE END TIMES. THE FLAME OF GOD AND THE LOVE OF THE CHURCH WILL GREATLY DIM AND BE COLD? HAVE YOU TAKEN YOUR TEMPERATURE LATELY?

Are we lukewarm as compared to the past?

Revelation 3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.

16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

Both lukewarmness and coldness reveal the passion and the keeping a fresh anointing is gone. God thinks lukewarm is as dangerous as cold… A cold person is more likely to correct the problem than a lukewarm person. Lukewarm people send mixed messages and are hypocrites. We might call lukewarm fence straddlers.

Matthew 24:12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

WHAT IS IMPORTANT? DO WE UNDERSTAND THOSE THAT CAN NOT TELL TIME ARE LIVING ON THE BRINK OF ETERNITY?
