The End Of The Story.

Even though, Luke 24:6NIV ”He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee:“

Always remember even though the story has been told, and history is written, He is not here; he has risen!

Again, Many of Jesus’ disciples hadn’t heard, some doubted. Others felt unsure and even shaky.

Therefore let’s look at what Jesus does to assure His disciples of the end of the story.

Luke 24:45-53NIV ”Then he opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures. 46 He told them, “This is what is written: The Messiah will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, 47 and repentance for the forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. 48 You are witnesses of these things. 49 I am going to send you what my Father has promised; but stay in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high.”50 When he had led them out to the vicinity of Bethany, he lifted up his hands and blessed them. 51 While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up into heaven. 52 Then they worshiped him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy. 53 And they stayed continually at the temple, praising God.“

Testimony- Occasionally I’ll purchase a book and my inquisitive side of me will turn near the end of the book, and begin to read.

Although I might learn the characters fate, it never justifies the life-story behind it. The nitty-gritty, -It’s the trails, victories and defeats that make the end of the story complete! P.H

What is Easter all about? Easter is about the impossible becoming a reality. Easter is about death giving way to life. Easter is about a Savior who died and a Lord who lives for eternity. -It is worst tragedy melting into the greatest triumph. It is about the penalty of sin being paid with blood as the price of salvation.

What is Easter all about? Easter is about, a stone being rolled away, a Savior being risen and the sting of death being removed. It is about, Jesus doing the unthinkable to win your heart and God doing the unimaginable to give you new life, because without the resurrection, Easter is just an ordinary day.

Our Daily Bread. 3/29/2024. A wealthy 20-year-old was drag racing with his friends when he struck and killed a pedestrian. Although the young man received a three year prison sentence, some believed that the man who appeared in court, and who subsequently served a prison sentence was a hired surrogate for the driver who committed the crime. This type of thing has been known to occur in some countries, where people hire body doubles to avoid paying for their crimes. This may sound scandalous and outrageous, but more than 2000 years ago, Jesus became our substitute and suffered once for our sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, 1 Peter 3:18.

Benediction. -Easter is about resurrection, Easter is about newness, Easter is about power, anointing, Easter is about second-chances, Easter produces love, prayer and grace. And Easter saints of God is the end of the story! P.H
