Banishing Our Inner Demons

Banishing our inner demons requires courage, determination, and perseverance. It requires us to confront our fears, our insecurities, our addictions, our prejudices, our hatreds, our selfish desires. We must acknowledge our mistakes, apologize for our wrongs, and make amends.

But Jesus shows us that these inner demons can be banished. They do not have to control us. They do not have to define us. We can be set free from their influence. We can regain control of our thoughts, our actions, our words, and our relationships. We can experience peace, joy, freedom, and love. We can connect with others in meaningful and fulfilling ways.
